01 Fiction & synthetic media notice +
StarzFoundry develops original, fictional digital personalities and entertainment. Their identities, stories, images, voices or posts may be created with AI-assisted tools under human direction. They are not real people, and their content is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Synthetic or sponsored content will be disclosed where applicable.
02 Privacy notice +
We collect the email address, interests, update preference and consent record you submit, plus limited technical logs needed to secure and operate the form. A short-lived one-way hash of your network address helps limit abuse; we do not store the raw address in the signup list. If you join with Google, we verify the technical identity token, use and store only your verified Google Account email, then discard the token; we do not use or retain the name or profile photo that may be present in it. Either signup option joins the same launch list rather than creating an ongoing member account. We use this data to manage the list and send the updates you request. Service providers may process it for hosting and delivery. We do not sell the list. Every update will include an unsubscribe control, and you may reply to a StarzFoundry message to request deletion. We retain the record until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to legal and security needs. Do not submit if you are under 16.
03 Waitlist terms +
Joining is free and does not guarantee access, launch timing, availability or any commercial relationship. Names, concepts, channels and dates may change. You may not misuse the site or interfere with the signup service. These plain-language notices do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
