Privacy Notice

This notice explains the limited information used to operate the StarzFoundry founding list.

Information we collect

We collect the email address, interests, update preference, age confirmation and consent record you submit. We also process limited technical logs needed to secure and operate the form. A short-lived one-way hash of your network address helps prevent abuse; the signup list does not store the raw address.

Google signup

If you choose Google, we verify the technical identity token, use and store only your verified Google Account email, and then discard the token. We do not use or retain the name or profile photo that may be present in it. Google is contacted only after you expressly choose the Google option.

How information is used

We use the information to operate the founding list and send the launch alerts or studio notes you request. Service providers may process it for hosting, security and delivery. We do not sell the list.

Retention and your choices

We retain the record until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited legal and security needs. Every update will include an unsubscribe control. You may also reply to a StarzFoundry message to request access, correction or deletion.

Age requirement

The founding list is for people aged 16 or older. Do not submit information if you are under 16.
